Taryon Games ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website https://taryongames.com (the "Service").
This website was made by one of the "Taryon Games" developers, nicknamed "nekohimeyurio" (discord username).
At the time of writing, only this one developer currently has access to this site and any of its servers and/or other files/tools.
By using our website you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy and/or other policies visible on this page.
Information Collection and Use
We do not use cookies on our website. We only collect the number of visitors to our website, which is completely annonymous.
If you voluntarily contact us for support via forms, emails or Discord we will use that email/account to respond to your inquiries or requests.
Log-in/Register Systems
Our login/registering system is designed for chat and/or web game services/features. It is required to create an account if you wish to use these services/features.
By registering, you agree to follow both our ToS and/or community guidelines and consent to the use of your account information on our site/servers.
In order to register you must verify your email address in order to prove it truly belongs to the user requesting an account.
The same one email can only be used by one account at all times, meaning it is not possible to register more than one account to one email.
Account passwords must be at least 8 letters long, contain at least one number and at least one capital letter, otherwise the registration will not go through.
Your data, such as your password, are encrypted and only the website owner can access them in their encrypted form. We do not intentionally decrypt or misuse passwords and/or other personal data for any nefarious purposes.
Account Safety
Email addresses may not be changed after registration and/or verification, but may be changed upon sending an email account transfer request to our email or through the use of forms.
You may change the password to your account at any time in your account settings.
You may request an account deletion at any time in your account setting. Deleting your account will also delete any and all data and or information you have provided us with.
Account deletions are automatically handled by our system and may or may not have a delay of up to 30 days, but no less than 7 days in order to avoid unwanted account deletions.
Chat services
If you use our public chat services other users with an account on our website will be able to see your message. Never share any of your private data/information in public channels.
If you use our private chat services at least two other users will be able to see your message, the owner of the website and the person you are speaking with. Never share any of your private data/information in private channels.
Public chat messages get deleted after 7 days while private messages get deleted after 30 days. This deletion is automatic.
Private chats can turn automatic message deleting off if both parties consent.
All/Any users with an account may report other accounts and/or messages either through our website or support page at any time.
Information Sharing
We do not share your private/login information with any third parties and will not use your email address for any purpose other than sending important privacy/ToS updates and/or for moderation purposes.
We do not share any of your private chats with any third party, but we (the service provider) may read any of your messages before or (a short while) after their deletion if deemed nessseary due to moderation actions being taken.
Taryon Games will not be held responsible in case you share any of your private data and/or information while using any of our services.
Moderation
Inappropriate behaviour that breaches our policies, community guidelines or our ToS can result in action being taken against your account.
Actions/Moderation against your account may result in restrictions such as a chat restriction prohibiting you from typing and/or account suspension and/or deletion.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by changing the "Last updated" time and date at the beginning of this paragraph and/or by sending an email to your account address.
Any update to this Privacy Policy, whether its minor or major, will change the "Last updated" time and date to the current time and date of upload.
Changes deeemed as minor to this Privacy Policy will not be emailed, but changes deeemed as major always will.
Any changes to our Privacy Policy are effective as soon as they are uploaded and/or visible on this page.
